Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return..

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  Please note: Formal gowns, evening wear, and special occasion garments must be unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original tags attached to be eligible for return. Items showing signs of wear will not be accepted.

To start a return, please contact us first at anythingspossibleshop@proton.me. Do not send any items back without contacting us first. We will coordinate the return process with our supplier and provide you with further instructions.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items:  We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds: Once your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
